Alexandra began conducting during her undergraduate degree and soon after went to study at Missouri State University with Dr. Christopher Kelts. She graduated with her Master of Music degree (Missouri State University, 2020) and during the pandemic, she began teaching at Drury University (Springfield, Missouri) where she taught from 2020 to 2023, directing the orchestra and teaching other music classes. During that time, she also served as the Orchestra Director for the Ozark Festival Orchestra (Monett, Missouri). Guest conducting includes the Kansas City Civic Orchestra, the Sedalia Symphony, and the Plano Symphony Orchestra.
